It is an honor and a privilege to serve our school district and community as the Perryton High School principal. The 2017-2018 school year will be my twelfth year in education and my fifth year as a campus administrator. I graduated from Lorenzo High School in 2001, obtained my bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University in 2006, my master’s degree from Lubbock Christian University in 2012, and am finishing my doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction from Texas Tech University. My wife Vanessa will serve as a keyboarding teacher at Perryton Junior High School. We have been married for seven years and have two sons: Kason who is five years old and Preston who is six months old.
As we begin the new year, we will work to make Perryton High School a place where students can reach their full potential. Every decision that is made will be based on what is best for our children. It is a time for change in education and we will look at new and innovative ways to educate our students. I am confident that the teachers here at Perryton High School are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide an exceptional educational experience and I look forward to a memorable and successful school year.
